I would like to enter the following card into ABC Challenges, ABC31 Masculine Cards challenge. 

I would love to tell you a bit more about this little guy and DPs but they were a freebie I picked up in a card magazine last year and about him I cannot remember. But here's what I did anyway, I copic colored him, then cut him out. I cut the DP into sky, mountains and frozen lake, then I added lines to make it look as if he is speeding along the ice. 

I think he is a little late getting home and needed to get his skates on before his tea was spoiled and he made his Mama annoyed. He looks as if he may just make it home in time too. 

I hope the little background story made up for the lack of information about the stamp and papers. 

Just as an aside if anyone wants to give me the skinny on how to grab a challenge blog badge then I'm all ears and eyes lols.

Anything goes with Flowers

I have another card here that I'm entering into a challenge over at Totally Gorjuss this is Challenge 186 Anything goes with Flowers. So here is my card.

Now that's what I call a flower lols.

I distressed the DP paper which is probably from an echo park 6x6 pack, the stamp, I can't remember where the stamp is from now, I have moved so many times over the last few years that things have gotten misplaced important things such as my memory!!!  I have learnt my lesson though and now write on the bags I put things in which helps a little... sometimes. Oh well...

Creeping Crew Saturday

I am entering the following card in TGF FFF Oh Boy Challenge featuring the Creeping Crew Saturday rubber stamp.

I used copics on kraft card stock which meant that I couldn't blend them, lesson learned, oh well we learn from our mistakes lols. Anyway, I paper pieced the rest of him because it just wasn't working out as I had imagined in my head and drew the background on as an after thought, which I quite liked, so I made it into a card anyway. 

I got the inspiration for him from an art exhibition I went to where the artist had done a line drawing of a naked lady on brown paper. I thought it looked pretty cool so Kraft card stock was the only "brown paper" I had. It was worth the try I feel.

A card for my Bestie

One of my Gal Pals is coming to visit me on the boat at the weekend and it just so happens that the visit coincides with her (and mine) birthday. So I've made her a card and kept it quite simple, a KIS or CAS card if you like, I don't know if there's any difference but I am sure that it's not a one layer card lols. So here's the card....

And yes she is just like me and loves her cat (Lionel) so it had to be a cat card for her. I hope she likes it.

Deconstructed Sketch 102

I have made todays card using this cute stamp from LOTV and the DS102.

I colored and paper pieced the stamp a few days ago but this is the first opportunity I've had to get it onto a card. But enough babbling from me, here is the card.

Deconstructed Sketch 101

I have made todays card using  the deconstructed-sketch-no-101 it's been far too windy for any of my usual copic colored and paper pieced images so instead I used a topper for the first time ever. Any hoo here is the card.

Too Much Wind

Kia ora, it's been much too windy and therefore too rock and rolly on the boat be able to craft with any  accuracy at all for 5 days now, so, I'd thought I'd show you an image I have ready to turn into a card when it gets calm enough again to card make.

Details will follow once I have turned this cute couple into a card.
