In case you thought Celiacs kick up a stink for no reason when eating out then please think on the following.
Some people with Celiac Disease react to as little as 10mg of gluten (1/5th of that crumb!);
A “safe” limit for other Celiacs is 100mg/day (2 tiny crumbs).

And that my dear friends is why I have a dread fear of restaurants and why I won't allow gluten in my kitchen. A bit of an abrupt post but I get so frustrated sometimes by people thinking I over react. Oh well that's life with CD I suppose.
